We have been using Sidomac which is the earlier version of DocSnaps for our bookkeeping and document management. We have found it to be very innovative and useful.

As a small business we do not need a full time bookkeeper. I do most of the bookkeeping for my company but I do need about 1 hour of help every month for the bookkeeper to do some high level tasks.
